Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.


Fit4Baby is a full body exercise program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to health and exercise is an important component to well-being for pregnant women and new moms. All of our instructors are specifically trained to accommodate the needs of the body as you go through all the changes that come with the different stages of pregnancy. We encourage each member of any FIT4MOM program to seek a physician's approval before starting any exercise program.


Body Back® is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms. Whether you had a baby this last year or had a baby twenty years ago, it will help any mom get her body back. Most importantly, it will help moms unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment.
