Fit4Baby is a full body exercise program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to health and exercise is an important component to well-being for pregnant women and new moms. All of our instructors are specifically trained to accommodate the needs of the body as you go through all the changes that come with the different stages of pregnancy. We encourage each member of any FIT4MOM program to seek a physician's approval before starting any exercise program.more
Body Back Transformation: Ready to take your health and fitness to the next level? Our specially-trained coaches will take you on a journey to reach your fullest potential. Our meal plans, accountability and assessments are proven by university-backed studies to shed fat, increase strength and endurance, tone muscle and improve energy.
Body Back is a HIIT style class. Mama gets to take an hour to herself, no kiddos, and get a workout that is made just for her! These classes are more intense and you will definitely feel the burn. Body Back Boost during sessions is only available for those who have already completed a Body Back Transformation session. Please email for more information!
Join us for 6 weeks of workouts to keep you on track and accountable this holiday season. Body Back is considered a HIIT (High Intensitiy Interval Training) program. This class is only for moms (kiddo free!) and can be adapted to different fitness levels. This class is not intended for pregnant or very newly post partum women. We will offer weekly challenges and a private Facebook group to help keep you on track and motivated!
